Membership Agreement

Please read this Membership Agreement (“Agreement”, “Membership Agreement”) carefully before using thekbln.com, the KBLN Membership, Programs and Challenges (the “Service”) operated by Agapelife Health & Healing Solutions (“us”, “we”, or “our”). The Service is inclusive of all products, programs, communities and memberships.

This Agreement governs your use of this membership. By accessing this website and membership, you are acknowledging and accepting this agreement. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of the agreement then you do not have permission to access the Service.

 Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your membership/community access at any time for any reason. 

 

Product Download & Delivery/ Membership Program

Our products are currently delivered by internet download only. After your purchase has been approved, we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty- four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

You will not share your Membership/Community username and password with others. This will result in immediate termination of the Membership/Community.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads, we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

You agree your participation in any membership group, challenge group or coaching group hosted by Agapelife Health Group and its subsidiaries will not include any unsolicited self-promotions, poaching or spamming other members of the group. You agree or guarantee that your participation in any of our communities and the content you post does not relate to pornography, illegal activities of any kind, occult, hate, or racism. You also agree that the content you submit does not violate the intellectual property rights of third parties. We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding what is appropriate. You agree to not provide false information about yourself, to impersonate another individual or provide misleading or false content. 

You agree that by participating in any group coaching program the service reserves the right to record such group coaching calls/meetings and the service shall be the owner of the recordings. The Service shall have complete authority to use, copy, modify, transmit, sell, create additional works from, distribute, and/or publicly perform or display the group coaching calls or any content posted in communities, in whole or in part, in any manner or context, currently or after development for any purpose. If you do not want to be recorded, do not participate in any group coaching calls/meetings/communities.

Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via internet download and available for instant access we typically do not offer refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not yet downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

Refund Policy (Coaching/Consulting/Membership/Challenges)

Your satisfaction with our services is important to us. However, when you purchase coaching or consulting, you are paying for reserved session on the calendar of Dr. Andrea I. Hart There are no refunds for single sessions canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled session. There are no refunds given for service sessions that you fail to attend.

Results are dependent on many variables and thus cannot be and are not guaranteed. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for coaching services or consulting services, except the following:

If you purchase a service and cancel prior to 72 hours before your first scheduled session, your payment will be refunded in full.

Service packages can be discontinued at any time, and a refund will be given for any sessions not yet redeemed. For example, if you were to purchase a service package including five sessions, and chose to discontinue your agreement after the second session, then you would receive a refund for your remaining three sessions (which would be equal to 60% of the total package rate).

If paying installments for a service package, payments are due monthly. Failure to remit payment according to the agreed upon schedule will terminate the service package and no refund for unused sessions will be provided.

After 30 days from purchase, your Membership/Challenge fees are non-refundable, regardless of the frequency with which you access the Membership content.

YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE MEMBERSHIP IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE QUOTED MEMBERSHIP FEE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. IF THE MEMBERSHIP THAT YOU PURCHASED IS A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BILLED EACH MONTH, UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU CONTACT US TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. YOU MUST CANCEL BEFORE YOUR NEXT BILLING DATE IN ORDER TO AVOID A CHARGE FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH-LONG PERIOD. IF YOU CANCEL AND REJOIN THE MEMBERSHIP, YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP BY EMAILING CONTACT@DRANDREAIHART.COM.

UNTIL YOU TERMINATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP, YOU AUTHORIZE OUR BILLING COMPANY TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD (OR OTHER APPROVED FACILITY OR MECHANISM) FOR THE ONGOING MEMBERSHIP FEE.

No partial refunds are given should you terminate an annual subscription before your renewal date, however you will retain access to the Service until the end of your annual payment term.

Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the Service, including all content and community resources, once your current membership period is completed.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any of the following changes in your credit card or debit account:Change in home or billing address or other contact information; change in security code; or an apparent breach of security of your username or password, such that unauthorized access to the membership is possible. Unless you give proper notice to us of any such event, you agree to pay all charges for unauthorized use of the membership through your account. In addition, we shall not be responsible for any bank overdraft fees, charges for exceeding credit limits, or any other fees or charges that may be imposed by your bank or credit card company. If your credit or debit card is declined for any reason, you will be sent an invoice for the amount due, and you agree to pay that invoice.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. BY USING THE SERVICE OR ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF USE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
